Welcome to Calm Little Minds Coaching!

 

My name is Dina and I am passionate about helping parents create a loving and nurturing environment for their children. My services offer psychological support and guidance to parents, tailored to each individual family’s needs. I understand that parenting can be challenging and that every family is unique, so my services are tailored to the specific needs of each family.

 

I am a qualified psychologist with expertise in Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology, and Children & Families Mental Health. I am also a University lecturer who has dedicated my career to helping families thrive.

 

My services provide support for parents facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression or stress; behavioural problems among children; difficulties with communication between family members; parenting skills development; divorce or separation; postpartum depression; grief counselling; and more. I look forward to providing families the best possible care through compassionate parenting practices.

 

I understand the importance of working together as a team with parents and other professionals involved in the child's life (e.g., teachers, paediatricians, teachers), so  I strive to collaborate transparently with all parties during our sessions. This ensures that each child receives holistic support from all corners of their environment.

 

I provide various individualised interventions based on the specific needs of each family. These may include systemic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, emotion coaching techniques and more. Additionally, I use tailored tools such as questionnaires or practical exercises aimed at helping families build healthier relationships while developing positive coping strategies which they can apply on an ongoing basis in their daily lives.

 

I believe that no two families are alike, so our sessions are tailored towards each individual’s goals - whether these be short-term objectives such as developing better communication skills between family members or long-term goals such as improving self-esteem among children through emotional education – I’m here to help! My goal is always to ensure that everyone involved - both adults and children - feel supported throughout the process by offering evidence-based interventions for lasting change.
